Overpriced, a lot of roaches outside, occasionally inside. Interactions with management were mostly unsatisfactory

RecommendedExcellent place to live. Management is very nice, always available and supportive. Amenities include pool, jacuzzi, gym, laundry, study room and parking lot.
PROS: the office staff is very friendly and they’re quite good with fixing maintenance problems. There’s also free coffee, a nice and cozy study lounge, and pool/hot tub. They also have a personal fridge and microwave that can come in really handy. I would have rated this place much higher if it wasn’t because of the following cons... CONS: Singles are $1030, (not including utilities, and $400 parking pass, and no furniture) in my opinion, for what you’re getting, it’s a little overpriced. Terrible place!! Don't move in! Amenities are non-existent. Rotten feet smell in the gym and study room. There are cockroaches all over the community and they crawl inside your apartment. Also be careful, they overcharge when you move out. SCAMMERS!!
