We have lived here for 6 years and absolutely LOVE it! The management is excellent and very prompt to fix anything! The landscape is beautiful and well kept, not to mention well lit at night. The property is very quiet too which is great for young families or graduate students. My little ones always love and look forward to the fun events that the management puts on throughout the year. Highly recommend this place!
My dad and I lived at Anderson place for 18 years we both miss it very much. Wish we could go back.
I lived here for more than 3 years and recently moved out because of my new house purchase. Already miss this place. This complex has excellent management, professional maintenance crew, and very friendly staff.
I lived at Anderson Place for about half a year. Our apartment was newly renovated, and it was excellent. Management is very friendly and responsive, and the apartment grounds are always kept well-landscaped and clean. I never had noise or other issues with neighbors, and the pool and spa are kept absolutely clean. The gym is convenient, and the laundry rooms are standalone (i.e., not next to someone's apartment), so you can do laundry at any hour with disturbing anyone.
