My husband's Jeep battery died in the Wal-Mart parking lot this morning. After calling the insurance company to get a tow and saying it will be 1/2 hr until they got there Cramer's called instantly to say they were at Wal-Mart. The guy met us and offered to change the battery and within 1/2 hr we were taking the Jeep home! Cramer's did an excellent job and went over & beyond what was asked of them. Thank you!
