Ricktoria was an excellent sales woman and nice person. Enjoyed the time I spent with her. Would highly recommend her. The financing part was pretty awful. Very pushy to try to get me to buy one of their packages which I did not want. Took a very long time - close to 5 hours to get the car, I was completely exhausted by the time I finally got home.
I was told several times that the vehicle that I was interested in was available and at the dealership. I even double checked today, 8/13/2024. Plus, I have a voicemail recording of the dealership saying that it was available. When I arrived, I was informed that the vehicle was not there and hadn't been there for some time now because it had gone to auction. I wasted gasoline, time, and effort because of crooked practices to try and get me into the dealership because they thought that they could upsell me. The worst part is ... read more

This is a typical âbait and switchâ dealership. They advertise their vehicle at a certain price. But they put in the vehicle description fine print that vehicle price can change at any time without warning based on the market? Who does that? As soon as they know youâre interested in that vehicle they jack up the price. $5000 lower than any other dealership on trade in value. The cash offers at other places were thousands higher than their trade offers. Slow response time from these guys as well. 100% DO NOT recommend. ... read more
Don't expect them to do any of the paperwork that any dealer is supposed to do with the state. You will have to do it all by yourself. I don't know how? I bought a new car from them over a month ago and they have not done anything. They even added $3,000 to my loan and bought an extended warranty which they got a refund for. The warranty company says they've had the refund for almost a month and they still have not credited my loan with it despite numerous attempts by me to get them to do it.
