I went in for brakes came out with a dent in my car sent me to a body Guy couldn't fix my Genesis G80 then General Manager said they weren't going to fix my car i took pictures before and after all my three times I been there 5000 miles hood only been up 3 times and they work on it this the way they treat OLD DISABLE VETERANS

DO NOT BUY A HYUNDAI!!! they sell you a car but then when u need service u can not get it!!! im having a major mechanical issue with my elantra that i feel is a problem covered under warranty however i cant get a person there to look at it for almost 1 month--then they tell me to call the NLR location--they are booked for 3 months---and i am sure not going to conway but i called them and they are the same way! so the warranty that they say is so great-- isnt any good since u cant use it---the warranty only works if u get it ... read more

If u ever have a recall or something majorly wrong with your vehicle do not purchase from them. They are sorry and don’t want to own up to there on mistakes at all. The general manager is not helpful at all. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HYUNDAI DEALERSHIP !!!!! They tell lies after lies for no reason at all.

Window ticket price ($32,4K) of the vehicle was not honored at the time of purchase. Instead total the price to the vehicle became $41,8K along with additional warranties that were declined. I expressed my concerns through the customer reviews and ratings. Crain Hyundai Little Rock, called me directly about submitting the dissatisfied review. They insisted that I come in. Addendums were signed, supposedly to rectify and assure that I would not be charged for additional warranties in the amount of ($3,7K) & ($500) if I revamp... read more

Internet pricing is a bait-and-switch tactic used very effectively at Crain Hyundai Little Rock. Went to buy a 2020 Santa Fe with an internet price of $38,387, but was told the discounted price required that 1) I am a loyal Hyundai owner, 2) I am disabled, and 3) I am a veteran. This is the third vehicle purchased from this dealer and the first time the internet price was not honored.
