I went to lease a 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe on Tuesday, 09/23/2025. the finance manager Tim, gave us the quote, which was for 397.00. went into the office to do the paperwork for leasing, the total comes up to 547.00. Run my credit & trying to apologize my refilling my gas. the most uncooperative experience. had to wait 5.30 hours at the location. I haven't heard back from the business for two days.
I’m officially done with this dealership. I called ahead and explicitly requested a diagnostic on a faulty driver’s seatbelt in addition to a regular service. When I arrived, they acted like they had no record of the seatbelt issue—only the basic service was noted. Because of that, I’ve now been bumped to the back of the line for something that should have been scheduled properly in the first place. Crain Hyundai great they put Lithia Hyundai in Reno to shame.
Vehicle taken to this location for recall of ABS fuse. After replacing the fuse; dealership assisted I would have to pay $180 for diagnostic. I had previously spoken to corporate about this issue of the failing brakes system (ABS-issue originally occurring in January 2024 and taken to North Little Rock location first) and reimbursement. Great price. Mr. Ollie was great to work with. My previous Hyundai hybrid which was less than 3 years old had a short in the hybrid system and would randomly shut off the the car - twice it happened when I was traveling 60mph on the freeway. I have no desire to die in a car wreck and Hyundai apparently did not fix the problem the first time so after a second near death experience I was done with Hyundai hybrids. I bought a regular engine vehicle.
