Crain Hyundai great they put Lithia Hyundai in Reno to shame.
Vehicle taken to this location for recall of ABS fuse. After replacing the fuse; dealership assisted I would have to pay $180 for diagnostic. I had previously spoken to corporate about this issue of the failing brakes system (ABS-issue originally occurring in January 2024 and taken to North Little Rock location first) and reimbursement. The dealership gave me a few days to retrieve the vehicle without storage cost. Great price. Mr. Ollie was great to work with. My previous Hyundai hybrid which was less than 3 years old had a short in the hybrid system and would randomly shut off the the car - twice it happened when I was traveling 60mph on the freeway. I have no desire to die in a car wreck and Hyundai apparently did not fix the problem the first time so after a second near death experience I was done with Hyundai hybrids. I bought a regular engine vehicle.
The Crain service department has been very professional, efficient, and effective. I have been having my Elantra serviced there for 12 years with no complaints.
Everyone was very friendly and professional. Fair pricing. Much improved service department!
