I did not just have a poor service experience — I experienced consumer fraud and gender-based harassment at Crain Hyundai North Little Rock. I was pressured with an unnecessary $800 tire upsell I did not request. A salesman told my daughter her motor was “shot” without any diagnostic testing, then gave her his personal phone number, told her she was beautiful, and said he wanted to take her out or be her friend. This is absolutely the worst service department I’ve ever experienced! They will not return phone calls, they don’t stand behind their service and have a don’t care attitude. Apparently selling cars are all they care about! From the Service Manager to the Service Advisor this place is horrible! If you still want to take your vehicle here for service work after reading this than be my guest. You can’t say I didn’t warn you!
