I think the service was okay but the follow up was not as good.
Crain Heating and Cooling did an outstanding job on our new HVAC system by Lennox. The team they sent out were very professional. I highly recommend them if your in the market to repair or replace yours. Their warranty is the best in the industry. Thank you to the entire staff at Crain!
I’m so happy I called Craine heating and cooling for my furnace. The furnace inspector was very pleasant, professional and detailed about the issues. The furnace installers very excellent and fast. Very nice respectful as well as professional. I’ll be using the service for my future needs for heating and cooling!
Ian and Joey did a great job installing a new AC unit in August 2021. They were on time for the appointment and when they arrived we walked thru the job and expectations. They took their time to make sure everything had a quality finish to it down to the pipe wrap and zip ties. I would not hesitate to go back to Crain for another future project.

Contacted Crain to replace a very old furnace system in my house. Installers Brandon and Ian were very professional and easy to work with. They clearly communicated any potential issues that they could run into ahead of time and ended up completing the job ahead of schedule. Would highly recommend
When our old furnace of 21 years broke down, a tech came out the same day we called. He was able to identify the defective part, and provided us with options for repairing or replacing the unit. We decided to replace the old furnace, and after choosing a new model they were back the next day to install it. Everyone we dealt with from Crain was very friendly and professional.
