Quick. concise, well explained issue and a very understandable way to address my issue!
Well organized check-in procedure. No wait to see staff. Dr. Crain examined previous records and interviewed me. Discussed all possible treatment avenues and made sure I was in agreement with his recommendation. Good sense of humor. Set clear goals and a future visit. His PA was excellent.
