Extremely friendly staff. Dr. Crain was very pleasant and sincerely cared about me.
He doesn't seem to like answering questions.
I had both ACL’s reconstructed by Dr Crain. The first one went perfectly and my knee was more stable than my other knee. When the second ACL tore I was actually relieved since I knew Dr Crain would fix it and make it even better. He did just that. Surgery was a breeze, recovery was easy (just followed the directions at the rehab) and my knee was back to better than normal. Friendly staff! I didn't wait too far beyond appointment time. Dr. Crain was very friendly and informative. I feel he made ample time to talk we me and explain things and didn't rush me. I would definitely recommend.
No waiting time. Listens well. Didn’t rush to to anything evasive.
What stood out from my visit was how professional all the associates were. Well recommend to all for your orthopedic needs.
My visits to Dr Crain are always pleasant.. He explains everything so I can understand it. When needed I will always see Dr Crain. Very good doctor.
