Horrible UNEVEN haircuts! They obviously don't know what they're doing. We usually go to a Barber shop that has unfortunately closed and decided to try this place.Honestly this is the worst hair cut my child has ever had!! My son has one big scar where he doesn't grow hair in But grows hair everywhere else EVENLY & THICK!! when I noticed a patch the young girl cutting his hair tried telling me that he already had it there (HE DIDN'T) 🤨🤔 . Pretty great experience! My son loves his haircut.
When I was taking my husband in for a haircut, he asked me if it was some girly place. Once I took him there and he saw the masculine atmosphere, he felt much better about being there. There were a few people ahead of us in line, but we hardly had any wait! They got us in quickly and gave my husband a great haircut!
Train your employees in customer service and scheduling. I was told I’d only have to wait 30min as a walk in. I waited and hour and a half and they didn’t say anything as other customers with appointments were being serviced. IF YOU CANT FIT SOMEONE IN JUST SAY SO. Stop wasting people’s time.
