I am so happy with my carpet cleaner! I just need to take a moment to say I am SO HAPPY with my newly cleaned carpet! Given the fact that a number of puppies (now young adult dogs) have been added to our immediate family, I really did not expect that all of the pet stains would be removed... but the carpet looks Brand New! Highly recommended! Very knowledgeable Highly recommended! Very knowledgeable Cleaned nearly all carpets in our home, including two flights of steps. The gentlemen who came were professional and kind and flexible and diligent and were able to get stains out of our carpet that another company could not. Definitely will use them again. -
Do not use craigs carpet cleaning DO NOT USE CRAIGS CARPET CLEANING. They ruined my couches. They cleaned my couch, love seat, chair and ottoman and by the end of the night they had a rough textured feeling and reeked of mildew. They promised us a full refund then would not return our calls, or even pick up our phone. We had to buy new couches. Their excuse for not giving a refund is they did not have the money to return.
