Craig and his wife were incredibly pleasant to work with. The issues with my car were resolved in a very reasonable amount of time and within short notice on my end. I did not feel nickle and dimed in any way at all! Craig and his team get an A+ in my book.
We went to leave our hotel this morning and had no gauges, speedometer, tachometer, turn signal, or brake lights. We tried replacing the hazard fuse 3x, but each time we started the van it would blow. Craig's saved the day and got us in asap and found and fixed the problem. Whew! We're now back on the road. Thank you so much!

My truck visits Craig's at least once every 6 months (because I wear it to the ground!). Every time I walk through their door I'm greeted by my first name and a smile. I always know when I drop the car off it is going to be fixed correctly the first time and fixed quickly! Cars are stressful, the repairs shouldn't have to be. I'll keep going to Craig's as long as they will keep working on my janky truck!
The crew at Craig's auto are some of the best people I have ever met, if there is something wrong on my Jeep that I can't fix or figure out I bring it straight to them. How fast, friendly, and honest they are is truly amazing especially in the auto repair business. If you are looking for a shop in the area, Craig's is the best in town!
Just drove over 900 miles from Dallas and my splash pan decided to come loose and drag the ground. I went to the shop and they fixed it very very quick and I was on my way. They were quick and friendly. Also since they were wearing UK sweatshirts they were good people.
