They took me off of auto pay without any notice at all and several hundred dollars of past due bills racked up. The unapologetic woman on the phone emailed me a link to "smart hub" in one second but for several months no one called or emailed me to let me know I was passed due. Very bad business.
I have always been a satisfied member. They are very attentive to my needs. The staff is super nice. Thank you for being my energy provider..God Bless!!
