Patrick Sawler at Craigburn Capital, just pulled off miracle for me. Having issues getting approved by a "A" lender seems impossible in Canada. With a Canadian Bank, that we deposit our income into everyday. Which makes us wonder ? Why there not there for us. The "B" lender, is usually owned by the major top 5 banks.
