The Dr. and people there are the best !
Dr. Puchalsky and his Dental Staff are absolutely incredible. From the moment you step into the very clean waiting area with a television, and plenty of seats to the few minutes of waiting while I was filling out an electronic medical form on my cell phone. The Hygienest was friendly, professional and thorough. Dr. Puchalsky is a patient and caring experienced dentist. I'm glad I was referred to him when I moved here three years ago.
As someone who genuinely always feared going to the dentist, I now find myself totally at ease when visiting Dr. Puchalsky! He is most professional, very competent and – most of all for us “dentist chickens” - is someone who knows how to put their patients at ease!! My oral health has improved drastically thanks to Dr. P and his hygiene staff. It’s well worth the 100+round trip travel to receive such great care!
I recently went to the office for a routine cleaning, and a shot for my teeth grinding and jaw pain. As usual the Dr and his staff are hands down the best around here. Dr. Puchalsky is not only caring but professional as well. I will never see another dentist!

This visit was for a periodic dental cleaning, a measuring for crown to an implant and an extraction of a broken molar. All went continuously without any wait time between functions. Karen is a delightful person who goes about her eval and prophylaxis activities quickly, thoroughly and efficiently! I’m so happy that my family started going to Smithville Smiles. Dr. P is by far the best dentist we have ever went to. The staff is unbelievably super nice, punctual and they do everything they can to help us out:) Thank you and we highly recommend!!
The staff is very friendly and lets you know right then and there what is covered by your insurance. Karen is a great Hygenist with a wonderful sense of humor. Dr. Craig informs you of any potential problems and has a very kind demeanor.
I had a 09:00 AM appointment for my annual check up. The hygienist greeted on time, took my temperature and walked me to the dental chair. She was very professional and the xrays and cleaning were done while maintaining a healthy and clean environment.
