As a patient of Dr Puchalskys for 16 years, Dr Puchalsky and his staff have always been friendly, professional, thorough and noticebly take great pride in there work. I would recommend Dr Puchalsky to whom ever for there dental needs.
The receptionist must be the most unorganized person on the planet. I decided to quit going here after on two different occasions, I scheduled appointment over the phone, then when I get to the office chaos ensues because somehow I am not in their schedule. Long wait times at this office must be due to incompetent scheduling. Also, she is very abrasive towards me for some reason even though I see she is much nicer to other patients. The care is great but I will not return due to the hostility.
This is a bit of a late review, but I have to share. Was in the waiting room of his practice over three hours before being seen. Would have left but I scheduled my appointment months in advance, and it is not easy to take off work. I do not recommend this practice if you have a career. The front office is very uncatering to your needs. The Doc was very unapologetic about the wait. His care was fine, but I will not return due to poor hospitality on his part. The assistants were nice though
I will not recommend dr Puchalsky to any one,with very unprofessional and dont explain anything to me even when I ask for. After have my money all courtesy went by the window
