5 Star : My Experience CRAIGS was fantastic from start to finish. At the accident scene the police called a tow truck and it happened to be Craig’s that was on their list. The driver was courteous and walked me through the claims process. The accident was at 6 AM. He took me over to the shop, gave me a tour, and we sat around for an hour or so until enterprise opened. He drove me over and got enterprise to put me into a car even though I didn’t have a high enough rental limit for anything on their lot at the time. Fast forwa... read more
