My first visit for my son was great, the nurse/tech who brought us back was excellent. She was soooo patient with my son, who is 2 and has never been to an eye Dr before. She explained things to him and talked to him through his eye test then we went in a room and she again was very patient and tried doing another exam that was unsuccessful. Cannot wait to return to the PNW and Dr. Rouse! Since being stationed elsewhere these last 2.5 years we have yet to see an eye doctor that we feel confident with. Dr. Rouse has so much compassion for his patients and makes sure they are well taken care of!

I had a great experience the first 2 times I have visited, but my 3rd visit here has given me nothing but a headache. I have had two different copays billed to me and I have given an awful lot of money already for the appointment and contacts. I am double covered and have never felt more taken advantage of being a military spouse and public school teacher.
I went to Rouse Eye Care for a routine eye exam recently and was met with quality care and exceptional staff. Dr Rouse is clearly passionate and educated on all things optical. The office is welcoming and his staff were helpful and courteous. I highly recommend their office not only for their exceptional service but quality of care and products they stand behind!

I regret with every fiber of my being the day we scheduled appointments at this clinic 14 months ago. From the moment they tried to sell me $600 frames for my 10 year old (which I still paid over $200 per child, not realizing I could get frames that looked exactly the same at Costco for a quarter of that price), to today when I am still fighting a bill that should not be my responsibility.
