Probably the best doctors office I have ever been to. Hands down. As soon as I walked in I was treated by a friendly,courteous and knowledgeable staff. They helped me feel at ease. The doctor was exemplary at explaining the process of my exam and picking out my frames was not only painless it was actually a bit fun. I highly recommend this establishment. They know how to do it right!
I usually don't write reviews but a place like this needs to be shared! Everyone at Rouse is wonderful, extremely friendly and knowledgeable! I have never enjoyed getting eye exams but this time was exceptional! I highly recommend them to anyone! Thanks again to the whole team! You are all truly amazing!

From the moment (I believe her name was Samantha,) picked up the phone I received excellent customer service. I called several other offices and no one really went over and beyond to figure out if I would be covered with my insurance at their office, other than at Rouse EyeCare. So I specifically went back to Rouse, because if they were the only ones who would go so far as to call my insurance provider, then I knew they really valued me-I wasn't just another "number" to them. My husband and I move every 5-7 years and it's difficult to find health care professionals that I'm comfortable with and more importantly, professionals that I am confident in. I'm so happy that we found Dr. Rouse and his highly educated staff. Not only did we find them prompt and attentive, my husband and I felt we had the most comprehensive eye exam we've ever had! As for his opticians, I don't even know where to begin! They're very friendly and they know their stuff!
