Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. I was treated terribly.
