Dr.Phillips is by far not only an excellent Doctor but his compassion and kindness are such a breath of fresh air to the many changes in health care these days. I was referred to him by my IBJI Knee Surgeon Dr. Michael O’Rourke who also is an excellent Dr. I need both shoulders replaced and felt Dr. Phillips was thorough and answered all my questions. Truly I can’t say enough about his knowledge and experience. You not only will have his years of expertise but he truly cares in helping.
Dr Phillips was nothing short of outstanding. This included the initial care, the pre-op, the surgery itself and the after care. He was patient, caring and kind. I could not recommend Dr Phillips more highly and would not hesitate to use him again or to send my family and friends to see him.
Dr. Phillips should be "doctor of the year"! He cares about the patient. He listens to his patient. He doesn't want to subject the patient to unnecessary operations or procedures.
