Staff are extremely friendly & ready to help however they can. Nothing but positivity at the hosp. My family & I stayed in the apts for a week while I had numerous testing done. I'm so glad I went. Everyone is professional but acts like your friend too! I go back once a year for checkups. I suggest you get in on one of their outings also. Trips are geared for the handicapped.
