Dr Hoover is the best cardiologist out there. When my husband was in the hospital at the end of his life Dr Hoover stopped by to check on him every day. My husband greatly appreciated that and so did I. He has been our cardiologist over ten years. He is very professional but also very kind and approachable. He is very special to us.
From the first second, it was obvious he’s a true professional and a master of his work.
