During my search for a home in Florida I luckily found Craig Fialkowski. Craig was always available for me and routinely sent me listing. Craig's listing were always geared to the preferences I gave him. I eventually worked with him on a short sale and purchased it 7 month later. The property is now worth $50,000 more then I paid for it!. Hard to find a responsible and knowledgeable agent like Craig.

I've been working with Craig Fialkowski for a few years purchasing homes in Palm Beach County. Over the years I have purchased over 12 properties for investment, many of which I am holding and leasing out with Craig's help, others I have flipped for significant profits. I highly recommend using Craig as your next realtor---without a doubt he puts in 100% effort and much, much more! In 2010 we found out that we were moving out of state and tried to sell our townhouse. Initially we used the realtor that had been 'suggested' by my husband's work. It was a disaster--I can tell you that we went from the 'bad' spectrum to the the AWESOME one.
