Craig is the best, he has been the primary for 6 sales in the past 9 years with our family and extended family. He sold our last home in 3 days and my sons in a month in 2016. His success is pricing right and knowing the area well. His negotiating skills are really great and closing is always just a formality. Craig comes highly recomended.

I really can't thank him enough for his patience and understanding of our needs, while our list was short, the combination of them seem to be impossible at times. We had to really flex on some of the things we thought we didn't or did want just to open up the funnel to catch a few more housing opportunities. Craig sold our house (for more than we were expecting) and helped us negotiate and finalize a complicated land/new build contract. He held our hands through the long and arduous process, going so far as to visit a number of builders with me. His advice was invaluable and his sense of humor helped keep us sane

Craig is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to what I wanted as the seller. In addition, given that I was out-of-state, we came-up with a plan to ensure the house was sold. For example, because my home was a previous rental, he recommended that I have the interior of the house painted, cleaned-up and landscaping performed. Craig did an outstanding job of in the negotiation process and working all the issues that came up unexpectedly in the sale of our house. Craig's advice, knowledge and expertise were truly needed for the situations that were encountered. His high energy level and enthusiasm made the entire selling process a less stressful situation. We were ecstatic how fast the house sold, at a price we wanted, the bar has been raised.

Craig was diligent and aggressive in pursuing and obtaining concessions from the seller which were instrumental to closing the deal on the property. He worked hard to ensure the negotiations were resolved and approved quickly to meet the closing deadline date. He worked closely with me and the mortgage originator to ensure information and required documentation was communicated and forwarded as soon as It was made available. I would recommend Craig to anyone looking for a buying agent.
