I took my vehicle to Craig Abell Smash repairs after finding out some other clown outfit had not bothered to forward the quote to YOUI after 1 week, so YOUI directed me Abells as they are approved to make an immediate assessment, which they did within 24 hours, just as the young gent said he would! So thanks m8, at least now I can wait for YOUI to take another 2-3 weeks before I get money for an accident that was not my fault and my vehicle is written-off.
