My husband and I have the utmost respect for Dr. Salcido. He delivered our son a couple years ago by chance, which was really by the grace of God, after an emergency situation and arriving via ambulance to the hospital. Dr. Salcido had my son out within minutes, and did so with a healthy baby and healthy mom. Our son didn't even need the NICU. I hope this helps someone not to go through what I had to go through… not sure if he just started practicing laparoscopic Robotics surgery, but he went about it all wrong from the start. I ended up fighting for my life & felt like I was left on a bed to die until friends/ family advocated for me to save me. Day of surgery he asks are you sure you want Robotics … I asked if something is wrong he said no… post surgery I couldn’t move from Rib down I couldn’t twist, sit or walk and the medications wouldn’t work.
