I was referred to Dr Salcido for a biopsy of my endometrial lining. I saw the results on MyChart. It was clear cell carcinoma grade 3. He did my emergency surgery and thought he was well knowledgeable so I stuck with him afterwards. Everything seemed great and I was very happy with him. Then I needed another surgery some months later for endometriosis. The experience, without exaggeration, was physically and emotionally traumatic. My husband and I have the utmost respect for Dr. Salcido. He delivered our son a couple years ago by chance, which was really by the grace of God, after an emergency situation and arriving via ambulance to the hospital. Dr. Salcido had my son out within minutes, and did so with a healthy baby and healthy mom. Our son didn't even need the NICU. I hope this helps someone not to go through what I had to go through… not sure if he just started practicing laparoscopic Robotics surgery, but he went about it all wrong from the start. I ended up fighting for my life & felt like I was left on a bed to die until friends/ family advocated for me to save me.
