We had a gopher problem, especially on the front of our property. Cragoe came out quickly and conducted an assessment, then provided us with a proposal. They started treatment right away. Curtis, our rep., has done a great job in getting rid of the gophers. He always checks into the office first with a smile and gives us an update. Am very disappointed. Called to request appt, waited 24 hours and called again. ‘I’ll send the request again”. Said they will call by the next morning. No call until 5 pm that evening. Scheduled for 10-12p today day. No show. No call. Terrible service provider. Moving on.
