My husband and I could not be more pleased with the quality and craftmanship of our new composite deck! Dane, Jeff and Brent were hard workers and so respectful of our property while working on the deck. Dane searched to find a different style of rail based on a picture I sent him. I recently worked alongside Dane and his crew on a project. I would recommend Crafted to anyone. Dane's attention to detail is second to none. The quality of work that Crafted produces is not common these days.
Dane is AMAZING! He is reliable with communication, timely, patient, and kind. Jeff, also on his team, is equally great. Jeff installed cabinets for us that we ordered from a company out of town. Dane and Jeff were extremely helpful as I worked with that company to make sure everything was right. The job was beautifully done with a lot of attention to detail. Dane also went out of his way to fix a problem I personally caused with the cabinets. I can't say enough about how great this company is.
We had a wonderful experience with Dane and his crew at Crafted! He coordinated all the work needed, gave excellent recommendations on where to pick out needed material for our project, was always timely in his responses to questions, and made sure that we were satisfied down to the smallest detail. While his bid was higher than others, we felt more comfortable with Dane. We are so glad we went with our instinct to choose Crafted. We highly recommend Crafted for home remodeling.
