I have ordered stencils 3 times now over the last year to make fabric patterns to sew on my toddlers' t-shirts. I am thrilled with the quality and the prices are truly reasonable. As for shipping, I ordered my last order Sunday afternoon, 2/5/17 and received it today 2/8/17! I wasn't even expecting it for a few more days, minimum! I'm looking forward to ordering more items from Craft Cuts...they are my new favorite store!

I just ordered vinyl letters and the packaging was in ruins upon arrival. I opened the box to find letters that were incredibly wrinkled. Here's to hoping that heavy books can help flatten the letters before applying them to my board!

Hi Summer, the letters do tend to be shipped in a roll. The thin vinyl letters however should be just fine as they will stick to the masking when you peel off the backing which is thicker and gets creased. My initial order came out a different size than expected due to the font we selected. CraftCuts quickly replaced the order with the size that I was expecting without any delays. Outstanding customer service and the letters look great!
I purchased several unpainted letters from this company. I was short on time for a project so I ordered painted letters. The letters arrived sanded on the front and back, but not the sides. This was not acceptable for the project I had planned and so I contacted customer service .I was told "no refunds, period" I understand not refunding because someone didn't like the color or the font, but because I was unhappy with quality? Seriously using them for all of my future wooden letter needs!! The quality is 100% amazing. I usually buy letters for my wreaths at a craft store.. which is just easy to run in the store and grab last minute.. but they do not compare to the quality of craft cuts! I ordered Greek letters for a wreath as well as a single vine initial and they are perfectly sanded and finished. Packaged so well too, so the letters do not slide around in the box during shipping.
