I will never order from them again. Placed my order in the 5th of December, on the 16th it was said to be shipping but the delivery date was the 23rd. It wouldn’t be here in time for Christmas. Two weeks to make a small order. Absolutely will never order from them again. Horrible customer service. Never received tracking information. Better off just going to Michaels.

Amazing!! Their products come out great. One Greek letter looked different on my end then theirs and they were super helpful on remaking and shipping me a new one with a better font!!! Awesome cuts and Perfect customer service!

Craft cuts was able to help my daughter find a letter “G” font that would work for the backdrop at her wedding. It was perfect and they were so easy to work with. We received many compliments on it. Definitely recommend.
