The aisles are not wide enough for wheelchairs and people standing to fit. It was very hard getting around without knocking things off shelves.
I needed a clearance item and I had already bought all of the ones this store had in stock. Debbie from the floral dept said she would do some checking for me and get back to me. She called me back and told me she had found 15 of this item in a store in Oregon. She had them sent to Idaho and called me when they arrived. Debbie you are a ROCK STAR!!!!!
I love the store, but lacks in customer service and kindness to customers big time. Just went in there I believe I walked past at least 6 employees no one even acknowledged me. I thought one of them was talking to me but no she was talking to a fellow employee. When I thought she was talking to me she just smirked at me. Final straw left without buying anything. Work on your customer skills
Used to shop there frequently for yarns, material, candles and things for different holidays. But now days, the prices are higher than some others in the area and the selection is not as good. Last time I was at the Meridian store no one was interested in helping me find what I needed for quite awhile. When two people finally assisted me and answered my question, they were clearly disgruntled over something. Being treated curtly doesn't make me want to spend my dollars there.
