Staff member. Emily called out a customer in the store from over 20xft to put her mask on. those that were n earcthe customer could see she was having a hard time breathing.. Not only was this RUDE but totally uncalled for.. What you all are the mask police now? We left and won't come back.. if she had a problem, she could have quietly approached the customer and saw she was GG aging problems. we walked her out to make sure she was ok.. TOTALLY UNCALLED FOR..
They have mask elastic marked up to 59.99/100YD roll. That's almost 3x what you can purchase the same product for on Amazon. Disgraceful price gouging.

my daughter and I each made a calendar, it was easy and well set up...we each have a personalized calendar now and got to spend some quality time together...the craft was also priced reasonably! great job craft warehouse

Went in today to the make & take glass block. Was told couldn’t pay for class until 12:00noon, ok.... but she was so hateful and rude when she told me, I thought about it for the 15 minutes I had to wait. Didn’t go to the class. Called the store talked to the mgr. she didn’t seem worried about her employees being rude and hateful at all. There not the only craft store in town, won’t be going back.
I love this store I wish there was one closer in Boise.
Great people, crafts and value! My ”go to” for all things crafty!
