fabulous! – Love everything about this gorgeous salon. It's aesthetically pleasing, modern and is literally nestled into the heart of Montrose at Dunlavy and Fairview. The staff is very accommodating, polite and seems to have a really uplifting team spirit. My color and cut was done by Cookie and I am 100% pleased. She was quick, funny and super knowledgeable. This place is amazing!
Waste of time and money – When I called to make an appointment the guy was unbelievably rude to me. But I came in anyway because I had a 35 dollar off card. Even with the 35 dollars off I paid too much for the haircut. (anything over free would of been too much for this mess of a cut.) I could of cut my hair myself with better talent. They tried to charge me 10 dollars extra for some extra freakin conditioner????? Ridiculous. Talentless. (And for such a "hoity toity" salon the bathroom is disgustingly plain and ugly!)
Amazing salon! – Cara Crafton is the most creative stylist I have ever had. Working with her over the last year, she has brought health and vibrancy back to my hair! I am so excited that her new location, Craft Salon, opened its doors to the Houston public on June 2, 2009. The entire Craft Salon team makes my experience warm and inviting.
