Service and food was awesome. Especially if you watch sports it's a must!
The service is not all that but it's understandable due to the high volume of customers on Sunday's! I go here every Sunday to watch football! If you want something fancy go somewhere else this place is awesome for a family or a group of guys trying to have fun and watch the game! Food is great! Our waitress apologized for forgetting about us due to the fact that she had a large party to attend too but whenever we asked for something she made it a priority to get it to us! This was our first visit. Heather, our waitress was Outstanding. The food, well, the food is awesome, just no other way to say it! I got a burrito, and ate about half yesterday, had another quarter for lunch today, and still have enough left to share with my wife. Bring an appetite!
The service was AWFUL! It took everything I had not to go looking for our server. We were checked on more by people who weren't waiting on us.
This was the worst customer service I have had ever.No one came to take our order for 20 mins.When she finally came she didn't bring any napkins,silverware, and we had to ask for menus.When the food made it to the table the manager brought it and just left.No one came back to the table to ask if we needed anything like ketchup for my cold fries or any forks.I had to find another server by the name of Trish who was the only one showed compassion to help us.Kudos to her. Great place for Mexican food. My wife and I got there right before happy hour ended. For $6 we ordered the Tequitos and the Pebleno Pepper Pork each and an ice cold 20 oz Dos Equis Lager for each of us. Both dishes were very good. Then we split the Arizona Burro, the pork and green sauce was very good. The staff was very responsive and friendly, we sat at the bar.
