Took my Genesis in for service yesterday...great service as always...Mr. Matthews and Andrew are always so kind to me...drive my car back into the drop-off area after it is finished since I walk with a cane. Here they pay attention to detail and customers...Hyundai of North America should be really proud of this particular dealership.

My daughter just dropped her car off AGAIN after just picking it up 2 days ago, still NOT fixed. She wasn't given a loaner car because one wasn't available although the one she just turned in was in the same place she parked it. This is the 3rd time taking her car (35,000 miles) there in the past month for the same issue. The customer service and service department are horrible. Even though I did not buy a car from these guys, I will give credit where credit is due. They are very courteous, friendly, and helpful. They aren't overbearing and do try to work with you. I would recommend this place to any friend of mine who wants to have an enjoyable car buying experience.

Dishonest. We have purchased from them twice in the past. Returned to purchase again and were flat out lied to about the condition of a vehicle we were interested in. I pointed out obvious and significant damages after our test drive and was told " I don't think this is the car for you. I would not feel comfortable selling you this car." � As if that wasn't bad enough, a part that they replaced on my current Hyundai due to a recall has gone bad again and they want $100 to "diagnose" the problem.
