I had a very disappointing experience with Craft Heating and Cooling and feel other customers should be aware. I spent over $6,000 with this company to install a new heating and cooling system, which was still under warranty when my heat stopped working during freezing temperatures and snow. Craft Heating is fantastic. From the moment I called, they treated my situation like a priority. Stan and Larry showed up right on time, diagnosed the problem, and were upfront and honest about what was going on. The inducer motor on my old Trane furnace has needed to be replaced for some time, but I kept putting it off and putting it off and putting it off. Until today, when it failed entirely - just in time for all the snow and ice we're supposed to get this weekend. I had zero heat. The furnace was non-operational. The total time from when I picked up my phone to call Craft Heating to when the furnace was back up and running was literally one hour. I don't think any service company can offer better than that. Absolute NIGHTMARE company. They came to replace the motherboard the first time, said everything was working but an hour later we once again had no heat. Then we had to wait on a part for two weeks all while having zero heat and ZERO communication from them. We had to call multiple times to figure out what was going on. Finally they showed back up and swapped a hose into the wrong place after said two weeks. A company that returns calls , answers the phone with a real person , shows up on time , does the work professionally and very reasonably priced . Extremely happy with Crafton Heating !!
