Update – Spring Service: Rob C. came out this spring to add the Freon to my A/C unit, and once again Craft Heating delivered excellent service. I really appreciate that they noted this step on my winter furnace installation contract and followed through without me even needing to call. They waited for the right temperature to do the job properly and handled everything quickly and professionally. This company continues to earn my trust. Do not recommend. Left a furnace leaking . Dangerous. Would not come back. Other company replaced furnace and it was 40 years old. Put me in danger. Very rude customer service. Better companies out there. Do yourself a favor and find one. There are many. Would not come back and stated it was air conditioning season. ???I paid a lot on their repairs they won't give back. .Extremely rude and incompetent.
