Absolute NIGHTMARE company. They came to replace the motherboard the first time, said everything was working but an hour later we once again had no heat. Then we had to wait on a part for two weeks all while having zero heat and ZERO communication from them. We had to call multiple times to figure out what was going on. A company that returns calls , answers the phone with a real person , shows up on time , does the work professionally and very reasonably priced . Extremely happy with Crafton Heating !!

We got a Trane air conditioner from Craft Heating and Cooling. Jim,the owner, was so nice and informative and patient. We had the air conditioner for a while and we had a small issue. Jim was great about making it right, he definitely put us first as customers when he technically didn't have to. Great company, highly recommend.

Rob came out to our house and had our AC up and running within an hour. He was fantastic! Plus he was honest and explained all the charges in depth and requested approval to do the work after the diagnostic. We have used Craft several times over the years and they have always been quick, efficient and transparent. I would definitely recommend!
