Awesome Food & Wine When I first moved to Dallas, my sister and brother-in-law wanted to take us somewhere very nice for dinner. She found that Craft had just opened at the W. We had such a great time. Since it was a new restaurant at the time (and we went on a week day) it was pretty empty. This made it a very quiet and quaint restaurant to enjoy fabulous food and great company. I highly recommend eating here. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. However, be prepared for a big tab.

Best Dining in Dallas – In all honesty, this is the best meal I have ever had in Dallas, and I have lived here for 15 years. The atmosphere, employees, and food were all perfection. Our host and waiter were both extremely attentive and very well informed. My date and I were impressed with their attention to detail and thorough service. The food was impeccable- I recommend the scallops or the filet. Definitely a great place to celebrate a special occasions or to go if you are in the mood for an amazing night out.

Felt like an Allstar – WOW, it was by far an unforgetable experience. From the moment I called and made reservations. The gentleman named Frank answered the phone and was a delight. He asked if we were planning on attending the Bon Jovi concert that evening we said yes, he asked if we were celebrating a special occasion, we said yes. It was like he was reading our minds. When we arrived we were sat in a big banquet for two people. It was outirght beautiful. The decor was top notch and the atmosphere was delightful. Our waite... read more

Oh my...such a disappoinment – Collichio, spend a little time guiding your substitute chefs. The current state of affairs at Crap...I mean Craft is pretty pathetic. Inedible food, expensive wine, interesting but unavailable wait staff...well, why on earth would I ever come back? Couldn't cut the mushrooms with a serrated steak knife, bland al dente vegetables, chewy pan bread desert...Blechhhh. That's about it.

Flop Chef – Where do I begin? A $500 meal which amounted to little more than a good bottle of wine and tasty french fries. The rest was pathetic and inedible. Colicchio? Pack your knives an go home. That's where you'll find me when the opportunity for dinner at Craft presents itself again.

Disappointing – I went to Craft with 2 coworkers and a client from Belgium. We all loved the decor, and the service was attentive and very professional. Things looked good. Then we got the food. It was not even close to what we expected. The food was either bland or over-seasoned...or just plain not good. We tried a variety of things, and we weren't impressed with any of our selections. I was so excited about the pumpkin ravioli, and it was probably the worst thing. The pasta shell was way too chewy, the seasoning boring, an... read more
