I love Carlene!! She always does amazing and my hair always feels soft for weeks!
Had the best experience today with Erin M. She’s a rockstar. Helped understand what I wanted, provided a comfortable fun experience and even made sure what my budget was so there wasn’t any surprises. 100% would recommend her. I’ve been to a few stylists here and she’s by far my favorite.
I can’t say enough praise for this Salon. I have had haircuts from one of Pittsburgh’s BEST, Derek. He introduced me to one of his best salon colorists, Kim. She is also one of the BEST in her trade and trust me, I have been coloring my hair for over 50 years. I’m in my 70’s and Kim is working with me for the best results with my gray growth. Delila took wonderful care of me! I loved how attentive she was—listening carefully to what I wanted while offering her expert advice. The salon has such a relaxing vibe, and the whole team feels so genuine.
This was my first time at Craft Collective with Derek and it is definitely not going to be my last. He is so meticulous and just an absolute master at cutting hair. Everyone at the salon was so welcoming and I cannot wait to go back
