While the wait for Sunday brunch was a little long... 30 minutes... The food was excellent. Had the southwest benedict with the chorizo patties. The patties could have used a minute less of cooking time and an extra dollop of the adobo hollandaise sauce would have been awesome, but the flavor was very good. Extremely filling. I don't care for potatoes on the side, but my dad liked them. He had the breakfast burrito with carnitas. It too was filling and had great flavor. The pork was super tender.
