Comically small portion sizes and slow service. Save yourself $10/head and go to Waffle House.
Service was great! Our waitress was very attending and just all around lovely! The lady who checked us out was wonderful as well. However our portion sizes were minuscule. I spoke to Conor the manager on duty about this. I have never seen such an empty plate in a restaurant… accept for like a high end dining experience. I went to have a nibble of my husband’s hash brown casserole but he literally took 5 bites of it and it was gone. The Franklin location was very nice. We were seated quickly and our server was very attentive. Our dinner experience was nice, quick service, friendly workers and the food was good.
We were on a trip. We had made do with fast food for 2 days. We were late to get dinner, and didn't feel lije dining in. I went inside and ordered our meals as take out. The staff was wonderful. The person who packaged our order packaged it so well, all the condiments etc. The food was such a treat! Thank you guys!
