We always enjoy coming to Cracker Barrel. We love the food and enjoy shopping in the store. I purchase a lot of Christmas ornaments and gifts every year!
My chicken was RAW! Yesterday my family of 9 and I decided to go here for my birthday dinner. The last few times we had been the food was okay, but this place is very nostalgic for me and so we decided to go back for my birthday. Our experience just wasn’t great from the start. Drinks took forever, biscuits / corn bread didn’t come out before our entrees when we asked. What sealed the deal was my raw chicken. Cracker Barrel has changed so much to how it used to be. Decoration in the restaurant part is minimal with all the old artifacts all gone. When the waitress brought the basket of biscuits, there was no butter or jelly like there always has been, just a bowl of gravy to dip them in. My meal was not warm and it was pretty tasteless so I returned the whole meal and requested no replacement. The gift shop had it's usual merchandise. Disappointed in what used to be my go to for meals out.
I love cracker barrel . Today was the worst cracker barrel Ive ever been to. The good was cold that cheese wouldn't melt on the potatoes, cornbread and biscuits were hard, grilled chicken tenders were burnt on both sides. I will have to say we have been at that location before and the food and service was good
