Super unimpressed. I’ve been getting my nails done for over 5 years. This is not a place I’d recommend. They don’t even acknowledge people when they walk in. Even if they aren’t with a client and just on their phones. Young employees and it very much shows. Dip is so thick as soon as my nails start to grow in, things will get caught underneath. It’s a no for me.
The nail techs do a serviceable job, but they are unfriendly to older clients. I took my dad who has Alzheimers and enjoys a manicure. I've also been a client twice — they weren't a welcoming bunch to either of us, so we're unlikely to go again. Too bad as they're the only nail salon I've found in Keene that takes online bookings. Convenient, but not worth feeling like you're unwelcome in the salon.
I went to Crabtree and Company for an all over color with Hailey. My experience as amazing. Hailey was kind, honest, and gave me great advice on what route I should go with my hair. I am so grateful, and will be back!
First went to this salon for my nails around November and had an amazing experience with Mikaila. Her designs were spot on and the results lasted over 2 weeks. I was so happy with the results I scheduled another appointment for nails 2 days before Christmas. This time I was with Abby and was not impressed. The professionalism was not there in my opinion.
