I booked for full head highlight and women’s cut. When I got there she thought I was getting a partial.. said she won’t have time to do my full head highlight and women’s cut same day. I booked for both they accepted the appointment! I feel like my hair was rushed and she didn’t listen to me or I had to repeat myself.
