The Crab Trap is exactly what others from reviews told us it was. A Tourist Trap. Everything is overpriced. A bowl of gumbo was the cheapest item on the menu at $7+, and it wasn't even a decent sized bowl of gumbo either. Really disappointed.
Great Mahi mahi, try it bronzed! Grouper sandwich with bacon and ranch really good as well. Awesome customer service and super nice staff. A special thanks to angel for the pepper!
Not good. Server eat French fries off sons plate as serving. My chic sand was missing pineapple and bacon.
We have been to The Crab Trap in Ft Walton many times and LOVED IT! Our experience at this location was less than stellar, the food was cold, and nasty. Our server however was great! Needless to say we will make the 2 hour drive to Ft Walton next time.
I love this place!! The crab legs are the best! It's on the beach. Drinks are good. Service is great!
Evin was our server and he is literally the best server I have ever had! I worked in the restaurant business for 8+ years and I was truly blown away. Awesome job!! And great food, as always.

Great food, great drinks, great service. Had our 2 year old with us and asked if we could have his meal out first. The waitress brought it out within minutes! Also enjoyed the playground outside as well.
I want to thank the Crab Trap for allowing my dogs on there patio. The server Chloe W. was prompt, very friendly & accommodating. The manager came out and spoke to every table a couple times. That's something you don't see much now a days. The food was absolutely awesome. We come to Gulf Shore's several time's during the summer. We will most certainly be back.
