Cold food...some inedible. Poor/slow service and a manager who didn't seem to mind much that any of this was happening and that other customers were walking out. All of this and still waited over 30 minutes for check. Use to be a favorite...now won't return.
Cold food. Overcooked Mahi. Dried out rice. VERY SLOW service.

The Baridi Crab was great. The Alaskan Crab was terrible. It had no meat at all.
Best thing there, was the sweet tea,no offense but to me the crab legs were awful, they were pale looking and looked like they had been heated and reheated, the meat was hard and it was stuck to the inside of the legs, the Mahi Mahi was ok,and so was the gumbo, the restaurant setting and view is great and the staff was friendly.
I had the Bairdi Crab legs which were incredible! The potatoes and corn were overcooked and flavorless. The service was pretty good.
Good food and nice atmosphere! We were seated quickly and waited on without having to wait long, that's always a plus with me!
Great food and service! We visited 3 times while on vacation, and they never disappointed.
Great food and SPECTACULAR service. We had party of 18 people. 3 separate tickets. The waitress was cool enough to give us a small discount in case she didn't spit the ticket correctly. Which was our fault for not telling her in advance. Never in my life have I had someone do such a thing. Just go eat there.........
