Loved the main office customer service in Kent. However, the salesman that sold me the window, Jeff I believe, dropped the ball. Window was not installed by date promised. He didn't communicate the need for additional guys needed to install the window. Top floor is a heavy window which caused an issue when they came out to install. It was a pleasant experience through the entire process! Everyone was nice and I am pleased with product.
Offer detailed CAD view of window. I needed cut-in depth to prep window openings and found nothing. Called twice and still didn't know.
The responsiveness to our questions was outstanding by everyone we talked to. The install team was overly polite and courteous as well as flexible and willing to do whatever needed to get the job done.
The guys made an effort to cleanup but they are window installers, not cleaners. On a previous house window replacement, the company came back after the project was complete and cleaned all windows inside and out. I guess I expected that this time also so I was a little disappointed.
