I was a little disappointed by the amount of damage to our wood siding. It was repaired with power nails and glue but it would have been better to use less force and more care in the removal of old windows

next time make sure the men be careful when they walk through or by the water heater and washing machine. they turned down the water heater and we had cold water. and the washing machine has a dent in it

One area I have a problem with is the lingering silicon odor. Probably not a concern for most people.

The install team forgot to remove the alarm trigger pads from the rear sliding door and hauled them away. Not good!

I am so pleased with the entire process of the buying + installation of my new vinyl windows. The salesman was so bright + helpful. The owner Chris came + took measurements-he was so awesome in adjusting my order so I was able to have all the windows installed. Can't thank him enough! The installation crew was so skilled + professional. They got the job done right + cleaned up perfect.
