The staff is friendly and helpful. I've even run out to ask a question from a service truck and they called in to get me an answer.
Power bills are outrageous , almost 300 every month.
Greer CPW has been consistently dependable. The office help is professional, the men on the street hard workers, out in all kinds of weather.
Service is usually timely, but the office staff in different areas is CONSISTENTLY awful. By consistently I mean over 4 years. They are most often short and condescending making no effort to be helpful. It is very apparent that they have the monopoly in the area and see no need to improve on customer service in order to be competitive.
All about the money with them. I needed 1 extra day to pay my bill and I am told it will come out of the 3 extensions I get per year. 10 days after your bill is due they will cut you off. Doesn't matter if it's the dead of winter.
