Terrible service. When you do your math and divide up your 12 month bill and look at their extended program they quote you more than $300 more than your total from the previous year. Yes, it will end up a credit but when the credit for month 12 is more than your one month highest bill in last 24 months is just plain dumb math. Just to mention a few of my grievances over the years.
How about getting our power back in its below freezing I bet I can't b late on my payment!!!!

I absolutely despise CPW. If my power could be serviced elsewhere, I would gladly go. Their customer service reps are always misinforming and rude. I have never had a good experience... Not to mention my power bills are ridiculously expensive for a 3 person home!!
I wanted to thank the crew at CPW. Saturday my neighbors large Oak Tree fell over several of my power lines going to my meter. CPW had someone here in 30-40 minutes and worked to restore my power late into the rainy night. Thanks, that was awesome!!
